1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

During the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After you place your order in our shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, before completing your order in our online shop, you will be redirected to Amazon's website. There, you can select your saved delivery address and payment method and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete your order. After you submit your order, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery terms / Shipping

Deliveries are only possible to addresses within the European Union. Shipping within Germany costs €4.95. Shipping to all other countries costs €13.90 including VAT. Orders are delivered exclusively via mail.

If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee retroactively. This fee is €4.95. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all information before completing the order process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage immediately to the delivery driver and contact us without delay. However, your cooperation helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

10. Contractual right of return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers and users according to clause 9 above, we grant you a contractual right of return. 12. Undeliverable shipment

Should your order fail to be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which will then automatically become a restitutionary obligation. As a consequence, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than our standard shipping option), but no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.

11. Discounts & Discount Codes Usability

Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining different discount codes is not possible. Combining bundles and discount codes is not possible.

If a discount code is applied to an already reduced offer price (larger packaging unit/bundle), the discount will be deducted from the individual price. Cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or refund of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to customers are non-retailable and cannot be assigned. Validity:

Returning items:

Billing for multiple items:

Failure to fulfill an order or delivery:

If the order or individual items to which the discount code referred are not fulfilled, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or entitlement to a new discount code.

Discount codes from third-party providers:

The redemption of discount codes, vouchers, or other bonus systems from third-party providers, such as PayPal or Amazon, is not valid. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of offers or discount codes on third-party websites.

12. Liability

The above restrictions and reductions of time limits do not apply to
