When will my package arrive?

After ordering and receipt of payment, shipping usually takes 2-3 working days . You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as we have handed over your package to the delivery service.

How do I receive an invoice?

After delivery and receipt of payment, your invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided .

My goods are damaged - what now?

We are very sorry that your package arrived damaged. Although our damage rate is less than 0.1%, it can happen in rare cases that something went wrong during transport. Please send us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible to business.bastelfreund@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or credit immediately.

Where can I send returns?

We are very sorry about that. To ensure that your device is fully operational again, you can purchase a complete high-end installation module from us, which will put you on the safe side.
