The power supply can be replaced in just a few steps, even by a layperson. You don't need to solder or make any other changes: Plug'n'Play! A Torx screwdriver is required to open the receiver and a Phillips screwdriver to remove the circuit board. The power supply goes in the same place as the previous one. All plugs are in the same place as on the old power supply.
